We just ask that it comes back the way it left us:
- Unused and undamaged, with the tags still on
- In its original packaging
- Boxed properly for the trip back, ideally in the carton it arrived in
- With your order number or receipt
If you are sending it back because you changed your mind, the return postage is yours. Email support@bangeofficialstore.com with your order number before you ship anything and we will send you the right return address.
If your bag turned up damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong one, that is on us. We pay the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full.
