Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This period commences from the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email at support@bangeofficialstore.com within the 14-day period. Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Conditions

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of initiating the withdrawal.
Condition: Products should be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items are exempt from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective or not as described.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@bangeofficialstore.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with EU law, all our products come with a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product is found to be defective or not as described within this period, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
