Changed your mind, or something not right? Returns are simple. Here is the window, the conditions, and how refunds work.

Your 14-day right to return

You can return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. No justification is needed — if a bag is not right for you, send it back within the window for a refund.

Condition for return

To be eligible, change-of-mind returns must come back to us in brand-new, resalable condition:

  • Unused and undamaged, with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that can't be returned

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Any other exclusions will be noted clearly on the product page before you buy.

Who pays for return shipping

If your item is defective, damaged or not as described, we cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund. If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is yours, and the item must reach us unused and in brand-new condition.

How to start a return

Returns are handled by our support team to make sure your parcel reaches the right place:

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We confirm eligibility and email you return instructions
  3. Send the item to the return address we provide
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider. Defective items are refunded in full; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is not refunded.

Changes and cancellations

Need to change your shipping address, update a quantity, or cancel? Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to adjust it before it enters fulfilment. After that window, the order may already be on its way.

This policy reflects your statutory right to return under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Local consumer law may grant you additional rights.
