What the warranty covers

Every BANGE product is covered by a legal guarantee of conformity. If an item proves defective, becomes damaged through a manufacturing fault, or is not as described within one year of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

  • Faulty zippers, buckles, clips and hardware
  • Stitching and seam failures under normal use
  • Straps, handles and fittings that fail prematurely
  • Material defects present at the time of delivery

What is not covered

The warranty covers manufacturing faults, not ordinary wear or accidental damage. The following fall outside cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, fading or scuffing over time
  • Damage from misuse, overloading or accidents
  • Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Water resistance, explained

Most BANGE bags use a water-repellent coated fabric that resists splashes and light rain. Unless a product is specifically described as fully sealed, seams and zippers are not waterproof, and no bag should be submerged. Water damage caused by submersion or heavy exposure beyond a product's stated rating is not a manufacturing defect.

Authenticity

The warranty applies only to genuine BANGE products bought from the BANGE Official Store or an authorized reseller. We cannot support or guarantee items sold by unauthorized sellers, even if they appear identical.

How to make a claim

Making a claim is straightforward. Have your order details ready and contact our support team:

  1. Email us with your order number and the date of purchase
  2. Describe the issue and attach clear photos of the fault
  3. Our team will assess the claim and confirm the best resolution
  4. We arrange a repair, replacement or refund once approved
Keep your proof of purchase — an order confirmation or receipt is required to process any warranty claim.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
