This add-on is available for UK orders only. It ships with your BANGE bag in the same parcel from our UK warehouse.

Shipping is free on orders over $49.99, or £37.99 in the UK. Below that, standard rates apply, and you can see them on our Shipping Policy page.

Orders to the UK and the EU ship with duties and taxes already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back, for any reason. Full terms are in the Return Policies tab below.

If a bag is not right for you, send it back. You have 30 days from the day it arrives, and you do not need to give us a reason.

We just ask that it comes back the way it left us:

  • Unused and undamaged, with the tags still on
  • In its original packaging
  • Boxed properly for the trip back, ideally in the carton it arrived in
  • With your order number or receipt

If you are sending it back because you changed your mind, the return postage is yours. Email support@bangeofficialstore.com with your order number before you ship anything and we will send you the right return address.

If your bag turned up damaged or faulty, or we sent the wrong one, that is on us. We pay the return postage and either replace it or refund you in full.
